Indian Students’ Association Indian Students’ Association is established to provide for social, cultural, and fraternal relations among Indian nationals associated with Michigan Technological University. We promote understanding and more and closer social friendships among Indian nationals and people of other nationalities. WHO WE ARE SOCIAL The Indian Students Association (ISA) is one of the largest not for profit and culturally diverse associations at Michigan Technological University (MTU). All the students coming from India are proud members of this association. ISA offers its services to all students starting from prospective students of MTU to Alumni. CULTURE The Indian Student Association (ISA) at Michigan Technological University was founded to support and aid Indian students. Since its establishment, ISA has been dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging by arranging informative sessions, cultural events, and recreational activities. Operating as a non-profit organization, ISA is primarily managed by students with faculty guidance. From assisting new students with temporary housing to hosting events that celebrate our cultural heritage, ISA engages in a range of activities aimed at enriching the student experience and maintaining ties to our roots. SERVICE Supported by funding from the university, continued backing from current student members, and guidance from alumni, ISA endeavors to sustain its assistance to the Indian student community throughout their time at MTU. Amidst a lively atmosphere enriched with cultural and recreational activities, ISA remains committed to supporting students throughout their academic journey.
